HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO DELIVER?
Your order will typically be shipped the following business day. Deliveries inside Perth metro may be sent by direct courier. Other deliveries will be made by Startrack, Toll, or TNT, depending on which operator serves your location best. There will be a consignment number accessible for tracking. Delivery typically takes two to three business days to major capital cities. It can take 7 to 14 days in more rural places.

Orders must be placed and delivered within Australia.


DO YOU SEND ORDERS TO PO BOXES?
Sadly, our couriers are unable to deliver to PO boxes. You will be prompted for a street address during checkout.

 

WHERE CAN I FIND OUT WHEN MY ORDER HAS BEEN DISPATCHED?
Once your product has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with the carrier and tracking information.


I MADE A MISTAKE IN MY SHIPPING ADDRESS. IS THIS CHANGEABLE?
Please get in touch with us as soon as you realise this mistake. In the event that your order has not yet been shipped, we can modify your delivery address.


CAN A DELIVERED PRODUCT BE RETURNED?
Please take a picture of the product if it is damaged or malfunctioning please submit images to us so that we can advise you on the following steps for a replacement or refund.

According to Australian Consumer Law, the assurances we provide with our products cannot be excluded. If a product has major damage, contact us. If the items are not of acceptable quality, it does not match the sample, or it does not match the description. You are also entitled to having the goods repaired or replaced.


Requests for return or refunds need to be made in writing and include your order reference, contact information, and photographic proof.
